Cut the front two sections of tail driveshaft tubes to length.
Drilled the four bolt holes in the rear section of tubing.
Located and drilled pilot holes in the front two tubes.
Took the tubes to the hangar and test fit the tail tube, looks good. Positioned the front two tubes and marked the bolt hole locations for the front coupler and carrier bearings using the 1/8" pilot holes.
Back to the shop to drill the 8 bolt holes in the front and middle tube. All holes were center drilled then drilled through with a 5/32" bit then opened up to the final 3/16".
Front tube is done but the middle tube which was a replacement from Eagle is several thousandths larger ID than the original and fits pretty loose on the carrier bearings. I will need to talk to Eagle and see what they say I should do.
