Taped up flush to the edge around the outside of the windshield, removed the windshield, marked 5/8" from the edge all the way around the inside, taped up to the line then lightly sanded with 320. Sprayed with several light coats of gloss black.
This will give the windshield a nice border that will hide any unevenness in the fiberglass lip it mounts to. I still need to do the same to the chin window.
