Sanded the doors for an even fit around the edges.
Located and drilled four holes for mounting the left side door hinges. The upper hinge needed to be right where one of the rivets was so I just drilled the rivet out and enlarged the hole to become one of the hinge mounting holes. The hinge points are 20.5" apart as per the plans and the lower hinge is 9.25" back from the forward most radius of the door.
Trimmed the ends of the door frames to match the plexiglass.
Drilled the 5 - 3/16" mounting holes in the frame and sill of the right door.
