Marked a line on the inside of the doors using the attached frame as a guide to show where the bonded area will be that needs to be sanded. Removed the Disccoat film back about 2" from the edge of the door then taped up to the bonding line and sanded the bonding area with 220 grit.
Sanded and cleaned the right side door frame ready for bonding. Brought the left side frame home to work on mounting the three latches which requires counter sinking the screw holes in the thin fiberglass frame. I may need to build up the frame in these locations to provide sufficient thickness for the screw heads to seat.
