Temp installed the windshield to stiffen and shape the cabin for half door fitting.
Clamped the door frames in the door openings and marked the rivet hole locations, 2" from each end and 4.5" centers.
Taped and clamped the doors in place over the frames and drilled the 1/8" rivet holes through the doors and just dimpling the door frames. Removed the frames and finished drilling the holes the rest of the way through.
Counter sunk the back side of the holes in the fiberglass door frames by hand using a large bit. This will provide an area for the rivets to swell into so they can be ground flush and still hold.
Counter sunk the holes in the Plexiglas doors so the rivets will set flush on the outside of the doors for filling, sanding and painting.
Cleco'd the doors to the frames and clamped them to the cabin to verify the fit. Next comes taping, bonding and riveting.
