Brief Description: Pitch block, door hinges and latches
Used the supplied template to cut out a pitch block for checking the main rotor blade pitch. Taped the template to some 3/4" Trupan with double sided tape and cut it out on the band saw then smoothed it on the bench sander.
Took the door latches and hinges apart to polish and jewel them then reassembled the latches using loctite on the knob screws.
