Bought a can of Plasti-Dip to dip the handles of the ground handling wheels to create a nice grip on the end. Dipped the handles three times about an hour apart to build up the thickness.
Soaked the rotor blade plug with thin CA glue to seal and surface harden it then marked out and drilled the remaining two 1/4" vent holes in it.
Cleaned the excess CA from the screw holes and cut a groove in the threads of one of the screws and used it to cut the glue in the screw hole threads.
Installed the plug with all the screws, there are a couple that will need filed a little to make the heads flush with the skin.
