Brief Description: Pitot tube, exhaust plug, door hinges
Due to a clearance issue with the pedal linkage I had to make a short 90 at the top of the pitot tube. Turned an aluminum nipple and tapped a 1/4-28 hole 90 degrees to the base of it then threaded the end of the 1/4" aluminum pitot tube.
Installed the pitot in the clamp flange in the bottom of the cabin then used the tubing bender to get the proper angle into the airflow.
Cut a foam plug for the exhaust with a pull cord through the foam and painted it red, looks like it should work well.
Installed the left door hinge screws with locking nuts. Tightened the four bolts that attach the hinges to the door, being careful to only lightly to torque them to hopefully avoid stress cracking the Plexiglas.
