Used the dremel to grind down the back side of the door rivets flush with the fiberglass so the doors can close flush against the cabin. Used a wet rag on the rivets during grinding to keep them from getting too hot.
In an effort not to put too much stress on the plexiglass I stopped short of popping most of the rivets. So, after grinding the rivets smooth I was able to pull the pins out the back of the rivets that did not "pop".
