Sanded the half door frames smoothing the edges and preparing them for bonding the plexiglass to them and for painting.
Sanded the edges of the door openings in the cabin halves to smooth and straighten them. Sanded the entire inside surface of both cabin halves to rough them up for painting. I plan to spray the inside with gray primer then spray the upper, exposed interior walls with gray stone texture paint.
Used a burr in an air drill to grind out and prep the numerous air bubbles around the windshield and door opening in the left cabin half. Next I will fill these voids with filler and sand them level in prep for painting.
