Adjusted collective travel so the swash plate anti rotation pin would not bottom out at full up/forward or full down/aft. Shortened the L/R tubes 3 turns and the forward tube 2 turns which required shortening the top rod end by four threads. Readjusted fore/aft stops for 6 degrees after the collective travel adjustments threw them off. Checked stick fore/aft position whet the swash is level and found that the stick travels 18 degrees back and 17 degrees forward from swash level to full stop.
Removed the cyclic tube, dissasembled and readjusted the mixer cross bolt to tighten it up slightly. Applied Green Grease to the mating surfaces and re-assembled.
Drilled 1/16" hole through the rear lower corner of the mixer for safety wiring the lower pitch tube bolt.
