After I made the spacer another epiphany hit my feeble mind. Now that I made a flange, why not make one more flange? It would give the window a finished look and give me a surface to attach the Kydex to. That meant I wouldn’t be heat forming the Kydex, but that’s ok. Time to declare victory and keep moving.
