Brief Description: Floor Panel Fuel Line Penetrations
When installing the fuel system I put in two drops from where the main tanks feed behind the pilot and co-pilot seats. These drops go into fuel drains. There is a potential for this to be a low point when the tail is on the ground so this allows me to remove any water that may accumulate. When I originally put in the floorboards I wasn’t planning on these drains so now I have to make provisions for them. Easy enough to cut a couple of slots but that opened up gaps where crud and dirt could fall into the belly. I made a couple of small cover plates to keep this from happening.
