Great day today. The shoulder harness I ordered from B.A.S. arrived! I couldn't wait to check it out as they are expensive and non-returnable. The measurements had to be correct and thankfully they were. With the harness on and with the thick seat cushion I was able to reach everything without reaching the limit of the belt inertia reel. Super happy with this.
