Brief Description:  Rear Seat Part 14

A good day today. I was able to complete the jigging of the seat in place and at the proper angle. I made jig blocks on each side to suspend the seat frame at the proper angle. I used a ruler on the backside to set the correct distance fore/aft. I marked the center of the seat on the front and rear tubes with a silver pencil. I then used a laser level to project a line precisely on the centerline of the table. The laser was high enough to project a line on the front and rear tubes. I aligned the center marks with the laser and voila!, it was aligned in all three axis.

I then fit the front legs and tacked them in place. I rechecked the alignments and fit and tacked the rear legs. I'm super-happy as to how it all turned out. Next is to finish the fine details and then weld it all together. I hope to have this part finished tomorrow.
