Brief Description:  Rear Seat Part 3

Got some more done. I did fix the bandsaw and got the parts cut out. I shaped them all and welded the reinforcements on the outside seat belt attach points. I also bent and welded the bushing to the middle attach point.

I spent way too much time analyzing mounting options and just how would be the best way to make the four seat attachment ends and how to build the darn thing. I could jig it in place, in 3D, on the table. But I’m afraid even if I was off a bit the legs wouldn’t fit the bushings. So I decided to go ahead and get everything ready and actually jig and build it in place. The more I think about it, the more sense it makes. Once it’s all tacked, I can take it out and finish weld it. I have to order the bushing material and two more eyebolts, but in the meantime I have plenty to keep busy doing other things.
