Brief Description:  Front Seats Part 15

Today I fit the 1/2in .035 diagonal braces for the seat backs and welded them in place. The top tube fit has a real acute angle and that always makes for interesting welding. I drilled a small pressure relief hole to keep the tubing from blowing out due to internal pressure. I usually forget to do this, but this time I did remember. Worked great and just have to remember to weld this closed last! The seat backs turned out really well. They took so much work, but they are straight and symmetrical to each other. The seats are for practical purposes done. The last thing is to mount the seat tracks on the seat bottoms and the fuselage. That will be for tomorrow.
