Brief Description:  Front Seats Part 6

I got a few hours in the shop today and finished bending the parts for the seat backs and bottoms. Just to make sure I had it down, I bent more conduit to practice. At $2.35 for a 10ft section it's WAY cheaper than the chromoly! The 3/4in aircraft tubing is a true 3/4in, so the fit in the bender was a bit snug, but it did a great job. I bent it a little past 90 to allow for spring back. If it was a bit too much, just a tweak on the end usually did the trick to get it aligned. I did the two seat backs, the two seat bottoms and the back for the rear seat. It really helps having a set of factory seats to use as a pattern!
