One of the jobs on my punch list is drilling the holes for the axle cotter pins. After thinking about how I would ever align the holes to match the axle nut I remembered that I had a v-block drill guide that would work perfect! I clamped it in place, using the hole center alignment marks on the block to place the hole the proper distance from the end of the axle. Chuck a 5/32 drill and drill away…x2.
