I studied quite a bit about riveting, nut plates and driving rivets today. Mainly EAA videos, but some Youtube stuff. There is some good stuff out there, but not enough for sure. I also went to a friend's shop today and took some pictures. Rob Taylor is building a BH from a QB kit and since he is WAY ahead of me, there is good stuff to see every time I visit...and I always bring my camera.
I did manage to so some stuff out in the shop. I took some 5/8ths .035 tubing and made two handles in the tubing bender. I'll fit them and weld them up tomorrow. I also did a modification to my fuselage rotisserie that is very useful and I'll be posting a Youtube video of the mod in the future.
The pictures of the handles are remarkable. The two look like the radius is different, but they are identical! Measure twice, cut once. Looks can be deceiving!
