Brief Description: Profiled Horizontal Stab Part 15
Finally, after marking, drilling, punching and deburring 88 lightening holes, the ribs are finally ready. They were a LOT of work, but will look great.
I started to make the end rib for the stab, but the forming block I made way back when isn't skinny enough to form the 45 deg bend on the skinny end. I tried a few samples out of mild steel, but nothing worked out. The original form block was made out of aluminum and is too soft for how thin I need to make the block to fit the end gap. I'm making a new one out of 1/2in steel like Pat Fagan did for his project.
