Brief Description: Profiled Horizontal Stab Part 11
I called Bob Barrows and he suggested using a fly cutter to make the bigger holes in the ribs. I have to say, the fly cutter is my least favorite tool of all time. But, a big step bit will cost over $40 and not worth the hassle, so I did use the fly cutter. It was a slow process because I took it easy. I just think those things are flat-out dangerous and there is SO much potential of ruining a part.
I got all the larger holes done. After I get back from a short trip, I'll tackle the rest of the holes and start welding.
