Brief Description:  Elevator Horns and Trim Linkage

Today I got back on the BH after taking care of a project I had on the back burner since last fall.

I started to make sone of the .062 sheet parts, the trim drive belcranks and the elevator horns. I got quite a bit of shaping done, just need to drill a few more holes. Because the holes in the trim pieces were so large in such small parts, I thought drilling after they were cut would be a problem. So I marked them out and using a rotacut I made nice, clean holes. This would be a lot of work filing those holes in the longer trim pieces since they are on a corner. A uni-bit would have worked just as well. The large 7/8ths hole in the elevator belcranks will be easier as they are larger and I have some area to clamp them in my drill press.
