Brief Description:  Upper Rear Flap Pulley and Cable Part 1

I had the pulleys and cables all installed and while rotating the fuselage I noticed that one of the flap cables looked like it jumped the pulley. That isn’t supposed to happen! The pulleys are installed so as to use the cluster as a cable guard. Well, it does work in a sense as the cable can’t come off of the pulley, but it can come off the back side. The flaps are held in the up position with strong springs in the wing, but a good tailwind can cause them to flap down independent of any control input, putting slack into the cable. I showed this to Jim and he thought the possibility was pretty remote, but it did come off a bit. So, I’m making a set of cable guides for the pulleys, left and right.
