I bought the under glare shield LED lighting kit from Crazed Pilot. Cool concept, but I was a bit disappointed in the hardware they chose. The dimmer control was a cheap piece of crap, so I bought a better one with the same specs from DigiKey. The controller had cheap automotive-type wires so I changed them out for MILSPEC wire. Super easy, just desolder and solder in new ones. Once that was all connected, sorted and tested I put a piece of Velcro on the back of the box and mounted it to the side plate. It’s ready to hook up to the LED strip light.
