I really didn’t have a decent place to mount the grounding tabs that already had a tab welded to the fuselage. When I was doing the fuselage construction I didn’t have a clue where my grounding should be, so I ignored it, figuring that I can take care of that later. Well, later is here. I picked a spot that was the best for both sides of the firewall and welded a couple of tabs in. After the smoke had cleared (literally) I cleaned up the tube I welded the tabs to and primed and painted the area…good as new. A couple of holes later I had an official sea of consolidated grounding tabs on both sides of the firewall.
