I'm posting this at the end of January 2020, time to get caught up! I have a set of Whelen Microburst position lights and I need to mount them on the tips. I made two sets of aluminum mounting plates, two for each wingtip. One for the inside and one for the outside. To make up the gap I used 1/4in Divinycell and sanded it into shape.
