Like all my projects: “Just make…” turns out to be a lot of work. This was no exception. I wanted to triangulate the bottom cowl channel with something. A friend sent me a picture of a Super Cup lower cowling strut with a brace. I made one for each side that looked very similar. It sure adds a lot to the stability of the cowling..
