I started by reading the instructions provided with the Vans baffle kit. It was a bit helpful to get an idea of where to start. SO, I did start by making paper patterns of each individual section. I can then lay those patterns out on the baffle material and cut them in a way that will minimize waste. I think that I’ll have some left over if I don’t make any major mistakes. Time will tell.
