My engine came out of a PA23-250 Aztec, bone-stock IO540-C4B5. It came with a Hamilton Standard prop governor Model 4K11-G0J Propeller Governor Assembly, so the Van’s baffle kit…again…didn’t fit. So I had to make the left side modifications to work around the governor. I had to make it in two pieces. There is no way that I could remove the baffle in one piece. It wasn’t hard, just more work. Fitting, fussing, filing, grinding, trying, cutting…on and on. Eventually it all came together and it fits just right.
