These templated made out of a manila folder really tell the story of how much difference there is in the Van’s cowling and the Bearhawk. All these filler pieces need to be made and attached to the existing baffles. It doesn’t look like much, but there was a TON of work to get this done. Measuring, marking, fitting, measuring again, fitting, trimming…over and over and over again!
