So to really start on the baffling I decided to start at the back and work my way forward. I used the paperclip technique again on the rear baffle and set the top cowl on. I then took the measurements and transferred them to a cut line on the baffling. I used 1/2in as the distance. I cut everything and it smoothed the profile out quite a bit. I also installed some nutplates for the back bracket in the right rear baffle. The baffle edges that are in the cowl door area will be next to measure and trim.
