Way back last year I had to really work on the nosebowl to make it usable. Now that the cowling is just about done I have to tweak the nosebowl lines a bit where the cowl doors rest. I needed to mix up some epoxy with fumed silica and micro balloons for the intake scoop, so I made enough for the nosebowl. I sanded off the primer in the affected areas and applied the epoxy goop. After it sets I’ll sand it to the final shape.
