Next I drilled the flanges, deburred and dimpled the rivet holes. I clecoed everything together and put it in place. The scoop didn’t fit! The work bench approximation was close, but not exact. So back to the shrinker, stretcher and mallet to put more curve into the pieces. It was tough as I had already drilled the holes for the rivets. Any deviation meant it was out of tolerance. I fussed with it a LOT, but finally got it to where it needed to be.
