I’m not going to lie. These pieces were deceptively hard for me to make. I used 5052 .040 aluminum for the flanges and formed them with a hammer, wood slab, shrinker, stretcher, seaming pliers, my hands, etc. I went through three pieces of AL until I finally got a piece that I liked. And the second challenge was to make a mirror image of the first.
