Brief Description:  Heat Exchanger Tubing Mods Part 2

The left side was a fight to the end! I got some thinner TIG rod so that helped quite a bit, but the welding was very close to two edges and I had a hard spot underneath the 90deg return so it warped like a potato chip. My welding on this was horrible! I felt like a beginner again. Earlier I had bought a couple of 90s from Clint at Vetterman and I used one of those on the left side. The cowling is pretty close in that area, so having a 90 there was a great help in keeping it away from the cowling even though it was a bear to weld. But with MANY different hammers, dollies, a shrinker, wood buck that looks like a piece of firewood and a lot of cussing I was able to tame it back in place and made it fit.
