I’m feeling much better and decided to tackle the nosebowl alignment. I got all the spacers out and my laser level. I also made an aluminum disc to insert into the crankshaft end as a reference point. I used this center point to make sure the nosebowl flange was equidistant all around using a compass. Once I got it in place I made a bunch of witness marks, just in case I have to take it off before the yet to be fabricated cowling bits are attached.
