The throttle cable bracket is next. I made a mock-up using some scrap AL sheet to check alignment and fitment. Once I was satisfied with the template I made the bracket out of .062 4130 plate. Using what I had learned from making LOTS of other brackets on the BH I used a steel block, vise and my favorite hammer to freehand the bends in the sheet. The short upturned edges and acute angles made using a brake improbable. But, it did turn out nicely.
