Once the exhaust packets were put in place, I made four more packets, each with a bit more gel inside. I put two on top of each bank of cylinders, one on the accessory case and one in between the starter and alternator. I saved two plastic bags from a queen size mattress set we bought a month or so ago and double-wrapped the engine. Now I can go back to making a real mess in the shop and not worry about the engine being contaminated.
