One thing I wanted to do is bring the inside flange of the bottom trim a bit closer into the window. The door frame has a slight curve there, but the window doesn’t so there is a bit of a gap at the bottom. I tried my flanging tool and just ended up making a potato chip out of it. So, off to make a new part. I decided to take the window to my friend who has the large slip roll and put a curve into the window. That should take care of the gap.
