One little thing always seems to add to the build time and this is no exception. The actuating arm for the trim tab has no good place to glue fabric to. When making the tab I had no idea about fabric and thinking ahead, so fix it now or fix it later. This is a case of fixing it later. I made a piece out of AL that I was going to glue on, but decided that welding a piece of metal would be better in the long run. I used the Al as a template to make the piece and I welded it on. I used some Heat Stop to minimize damage to the paint. Once that was sorted, it was easy to finish covering the tab.
