Brief Description: Front Left Horizontal Stab Plate Part 2
I thinned some 3M 1300 contact cement with MEK so I could brush it on easily. I put a thin coat on the frame and the fabric and let it dry…only takes less than a minute! I had to work fast with this stuff. I then brushed another thin coat on both parts, let it just flash off and pressed it into place. It’s not going anywhere! I’ll dimple and rivet nutplates on the back after I paint.
