Rule number one. Check everything behind the frames in the tail area. I checked all the screw holes with my fabric needle and found the top left screw hit dead-center on a tube! Fortunately, I was able to just lop off the corner of the access panel, but I still had to make a new frame. Problem solved. Now to check the rest of the panels.
