Brief Description: Adding More Tubing - Cargo Door Opening
Well, this is the end of about 3 different trips to the shop. I went ahead and framed out the cargo door side of the fuselage and it's now complete. I'm finding out that it takes just as much time to fit a small chunk of tubing as a long one...duh! All the pieces fit great and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
In picture three, I included a tube that I added at the top of the fuselage behind the pilot station. This is to help support the aft spar crosstube in the event of a mishap. The shoulder harnesses will attach at that tube and if there is any force at all in a crash, I want the tube to stay straight and help the occupants heads out of the instrument panel!
