Brief Description:  Building the fuselage jig Part 1

Today, I didn't spend too much time in the shop, but I did get some stuff done. I took the fuselage off the one inch square steel tube spacers and clamped it down to the table. I made sure that I had 1/8th inch spacers under the clamps because of the different tubing diameters of the longerons and cross tubes at stations B, C and D. I lined everything back up on centerline and made sure the longerons were level, both side to side and front to back. I then figured out how to make the jig stable enough by constructing it just to the table. I have a pretty good system figured out, but ran out of wood. I got some 2X4s this evening and plan on finishing the setup tomorrow.
