I took the control surfaces off in preparation of removing the wings and taking the aircraft to the airport. It has bugged me a bit that the aileron pockets were still in primer. I didn’t want to paint them for a variety of reasons when I painted the wings, but now is a great chance to put a quick coat of paint on them. So, I did.
