Brief Description: Horizontal Stab Fairings Part 1
The fairing bits are straight on the outboard side, but have to be form fit next to the fuselage as the fabric isn’t a straight line. The bottom pieces were a problem. Laying on the floor my arms were just too short, sitting on my lowest stool didn’t work. I found my work platforms that I used to use for my handyman business and set one up. It was the perfect height! The only issue was the extruded ribs on the top panel are great for stopping someone from losing their footing, but don’t allow for someone trying to slide around on their back. A piece of cardboard later, problem solved.
