After installing the windows I noticed the area under the interior door handles didn’t look very nice. I thought about masking and painting the area, then about making a trim piece out of AL. I saw that I had quite a number of Kydex scraps so I made a template of the shape of the piece and transferred that to the Kydex. I cut it out with scissors and an XActo knife and glued it in place using some SikaFLex. It worked out great. Light and didn’t take a lot of time to make.
