So, the fabrication continues. The fitment of the frame to the slight break in the door skin, nutplates in the flange perimeter and then riveting the assembly together as a unit. Not hard, just tedious. I like the solution to the challenge and it will look nice to boot. It’s just a lot of work, but work that I’m familiar with and it went fairly easy.
