I tried the window frame that I made with the window and found the joggle was twice as deep as I needed. It’s 1/8th in deep and I need just under 1/16th. I played with plastic spacers, thin rubber sheet, etc and none really appealed to me. Knowing that I will also be using some kind of sealant for the window in addition to the spacer it occurred to me that I could fabricate a flange to fit inside of the frame. That would be the spacer I needed and it would allow for the sealant. I used some .063 5052 left over from the frame construction and made my spacer to fit the inside of the frame.
